Welcome to The 2011 International Conference on e-Learning, Ethics & Educational Technologies [EDUTEC’11] website. The International Conference on e-Learning, Ethics & Educational Technologies [EDUTEC’11] is an interdisciplinary international conference that invites academics and independent scholars and researchers from around the world to meet and exchange the latest ideas and views in a forum encouraging respectful dialogue. EDUTEC 2011 will afford the opportunity for renewing old acquaintances, making new contacts, and networking across higher education, e-learning and related technologies used in education. Academics working in Asia and around the world will be encouraged to forge working relationships with each other, as well as with colleagues from Europe and the US, facilitating partnerships across transnational borders.

EEET’11 outlook on education and lifelong learning will be seen as a solution to a host of local and global problems where-in globalized education systems are becoming increasingly social, ethnical and culturally diverse. EEET’11 extends these discussions to consider learning and teaching in a globalized world. The conference organizers encourage submissions that consider learning and teaching through one of the following sub-themes, although submission of other topics for consideration is also welcome. Full-length papers, research-in-progress papers, case studies and /or abstracts, relating to all areas of: Global vs. Local Challenges in learning and teaching, Social changes, Community, Culture, demographics and globalization, Need for Social learning and changing landscapes; social justice and social change based Learning and teaching in a knowledge economy, E-Learning and E-teaching in Virtual spaces, Challenges & Changes using the Black/white board and other e-learning platforms and all related topics.
